How We Began:

Diamond Bill Review has been operating since 2008. After working in the bill review industry for 30 years, Dave and Jeanne Dyess recognized a need for a bill review company that provided excellent customer service and quality work products. The Dyess’ decided that it was time that they start their own bill review company. They developed a business model focused on providing outstanding customer service, knowledgeable staff members and service tools to assist Third-Party Administrators and Self-Administered organizations with their claims processing. Dave’s 30 years of Bill Review experience helped develop procedures and steps that make the billing process efficient without sacrificing the customer service that is so greatly needed.
